Summer Camp

1. Return the Summer Camp signup form. This form will be available at the March Court of Honor.  They include your scout account balance. We need everyone to declare their intention to go to summer camp by June 18 so we can best plan a great week. Tell us with the form by June 18.
   
2. Pay the fee to Mr. Judge
   
   • $305 if paid by Tues. 5/14/2019
   • $325 if paid from May 15 through June 18, 2019
   • $360 if paid from June 19 through June 30, 2019 (Please do not wait this long.)
   • Financial Aid is available by asking Mr. Slazinski early.
3. If a scout absolutely cannot attend summer camp, please tell Mr. Slazinski as soon as possible.

1. Adult in camp signup form (2019).  Return to Mr. Slazinski, no later than June 18
2. Release of camper form (2019).  Return with Health Form.
3. Medical Form (latest).  Return to Mrs. Judge. (see notice below)
4. Merit Badge and Program Worksheet (2019)  – Return to Mr. Kostura  by June 18
5. 2019 T-shirt, Sweatshirt and Name plate order form.  Return to Cathy Sullivan.

Important Notice:  
Medical Form Parts A, B, and C must be used.
