Camping Policy – Asst. Scoutmaster Culp3 weeks before - permission slip passed out 2 weeks before - money due (cash or checks) 1 week before - payments to patrol grubmasters (payments this night in cash only please) Friday night – quartermaster in charge of travel Sunday morning - quartermaster must dismiss all scouts 1 week after - clean up equipment, bring back all assigned equipment to quartermaster
