Adult leader training - Our scouts deserve fully trained leaders

Troop One seeks to have the best adults anywhere and one of the ways we do this is trying to get each adult trained formally and informally on the job.  In 2012, the Journey to Excellence Award that we seek gives most points to Troops that are 100% trained whether a Scoutmaster, ASm, Committee Chairman or Committee member.  The youth have voted a goal of being once again recognized as a GOLD unit (the highest level of Excellence) and one of the ways we adults can help is to do our part and get trained.
